Underwater Navigator Course

This PADI Underwater Navigator course fine-tunes your observation skills and teaches you to more accurately use your compass underwater. The skills you will learn in this course will be invaluable for both boat and ocean dives in order to get to  and from your destinations without losing your bearing. 

In this Underwater Navigator course, you will learn and familiarize yourself with:

• Methods to estimate distance underwater.
• Compass navigation while making at least five turns.
• Marking or relocating a submerged object or position from the surface.
• Underwater map making. underwater navigator course

• PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver (or divers from other organizations with equivalent  certifications).
• Minimum age: 10 years old.

• Three Ocean Dives.
• Underwater Navigation Certification card.
• All Required Scuba Equipment plus air fills.
• Note: Study Materials are not included in the price. 

Group Class (3 Or More Divers):  $400.00
Private Class (1-2 Divers):  $500.00 

The duration of the Underwater Navigator Course takes anywhere between two days to two weeks depending on whether or not the student’s commitment is full time or part time.

• Full Payment is required before the scheduled course. We will give priority to the student(s) on a first come (or pay), first serve basis. So whoever pays first will get scheduled on the requested dates. 

• Classes are fully refundable 72 hours prior to the class start date.
• Classes cancelled within 72 hours of the class start date will incur a $300 dollar fee.
• Classes rescheduled by the student within 72 hours of the class start date will incur a $200 dollar fee.

There are NO REFUNDS if:

• The class has begun.
• Client(s) decide to cancel or quit BEFORE the course is entirely completed. We will give you a referral form on what was completed up until the time of cancellation.
• Client(s) do not show up to the dive appointment without any proper notice.
